Corey Speweik is the managing attorney of Speweik Law, Ltd. A seasoned trial attorney, he maintains a broad general practice spanning business, civil, criminal, and family law, and regularly appears in the common pleas courts of Wood, Lucas, Sandusky, and Ottawa counties.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law after completing his undergraduate degree at Fordham University. Corey is admitted to practice in all Ohio courts, including the Supreme Court of Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
A past president of the Wood County Bar Association, he is a licensed mediator and a founding member of the Collaborative Divorce Practitioners of Northern Ohio. Beyond the courtroom, Corey is a part-time farmer with deep roots in rural Wood County, giving him hands-on insight into the agricultural, real-estate, and small-business matters many of his clients face.
